Our principals provide merger and advisory and private placement services through their association with North Point Advisors, LLC, a member of FINRA/SIPC, leveraging over 20 years of experience that each of our principals has in our key domains. Our principals have collectively completed 283 transactions totaling over $41.2 billion. In addition, we are experienced entrepreneurs having previously founded, grown and sold a global growth investment bank – ThinkEquity Partners. Importantly, we leverage our domain expertise, entrepreneurial experience and extensive relationships to work with both innovative companies as well as large, sophisticated industry leaders. We partner and align with our clients through equity participation and active engagement in all aspects of the business where we can bring value.
